The Way Forward

The options outlined in Table 3 are a selected subset from the North Central CMA’s Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Plan that have been identified as immediate priorities for implementation. A Coordinating Group is overseeing implementation of the Plan. (This group will show leadership on climate change adaptation and mitigation, share knowledge and facilitate collaboration between key organisations working to protect and enhance the region’s highest priority natural assets).
